A Fact-based Fiction E-Story of WW2

Germany discovered nuclear fission in 1938 and by 1941 they patented a design for a plutonium bomb. As soon as WW2 started German Army began development of a nuclear weapon. British intelligence tried to find ways to stop such activity and this story is about a possible way that psychological warfare was used to convince Hitler to terminate nuclear weapons development. There are no records of any such operation and many archives from that period are still classified and may remain so even until 2042. Nevertheless here is one non-fiction novel type of story suggesting how such an operation may have taken place.
